Our family is not given to major medical interventions, so when our child was recommended for a surgery we were considerably unenthused. We went back and forth and ultimately decided to listen to the advice of the medical staff. That being said, on the day of the surgery, we were still very reluctant. Dr. Hall spent a considerable amount of time with our family prior to the surgery talking us through the ins and outs and the whys of the procedure in a way that put us all as at ease as we could be considering the circumstances.
